Leadership Through Adaptability

Everyone knows about IQ. It’s a way to measure how intellectually smart one is. EQ, or the measure of how emotionally smart a person is, is by many accounts more important than IQ for those that strive to be great leaders.

Well, ever heard of AQ? It stands for Adaptability Quotient, and here at Offset, being the veteran and police owned company we are, we firmly believe the greatest leaders have a high level of adaptive smarts.

With the ever-changing environment we operate in, adaptability is an absolute MUST. As law enforcement and public sector leaders, our environments change faster than the laws we uphold do. Let Offset take you further than you’ve ever gone before with our tried and tested Adaptive Leader™ curriculum. Learn new ways of looking at problems, and be prepared to change your way of thinking to that of a flexible and innovative leader. Adaptability is a requirement for survival, regardless of environment. Don’t stay stuck with a singular way of looking at the world.

Being a leader, an adaptable one, transcends time and profession.

“Because we’ve always done it this way” doesn’t live here.

Enhance your understanding and execution of leadership.

In this course, the following aspects of Adaptability, and how putting them into action to become a better leader, are explored:
