
HIGH-RISK VEHICLE STOPS
High-risk vehicle stops are statistically some of the most dangerous moments officers face in the line of duty. The One With The Gun® High-Risk Vehicle Stops course delves deep into the tactics, decision-making processes, and mindset needed to handle these unpredictable encounters with clarity and composure. You’ll learn to effectively manage everything from initial driver contact to potential suspect flight or armed confrontation, ensuring you can adapt to changing circumstances in seconds.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Students MUST be sworn police officers.
Students MUST bring a SIMS Weapon (pistol and rifle if possible) and a HOLSTER MUST ACCOMPANY THE PISTOL.
Students must bring 150 rds of SIMS ammo for both the pistol and rifle (if bringing a rifle).
Students must bring their duty belts.
Students must bring their vests.
Students must bring eye and ear protection.
Students must bring at least 3 training magazines for ANY SIMS weapon they bring.
NO LIVE AMMO OR FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED IN THE TRAINING AREAS.
